At- A- Glance

During the summer of 2024, I joined StratAgile Singapore as a Business Analyst intern, with a strong focus on the user experience side of projects. StratAgile is a data-driven growth enabler with a global presence, specialising in digital marketing, platform development, and business enhancement solutions. It is headquartered in the Asia-Pacific region and operates across 14 cities. They work with major clients including Standard Chartered, Canon, BMW, Levi’s, Domino’s Pizza, and UOB.

MY KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Conducted a UX audit for a high-traffic media platform, identifying key friction points and delivering data-driven, actionable recommendations to reduce bounce rates and improve user engagement. Insights were presented directly to clients in strategic review meetings.
  • Partnered with cross-functional teams to develop a Loyalty Program for a key client, designing impactful slide decks that showcased user journey flows, performance analytics, and pilot test results, contributing to key campaign initiatives and stakeholder presentations.
  • Facilitated strategic partnerships across Singapore to increase brand visibility and user acquisition for a client’s remittance app, leveraging targeted cultural event promotions to boost app engagement in local communities.

MY EXPERIENCE

Working with the StratAgile team gave me hands-on experience to collaboration in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. I gained confidence in presenting ideas, contributing to real client work, and learning from talented professionals and mentors around me. I'm truly grateful for my time at StratAgile and for the supportive, encouraging team that made the start of my internship journey and experience feel extremely welcoming!
